Turmeric Tea


Turmeric has been used in India for thousands of years as a spice and medicinal herb. Recently, science has started to back up what Indians have known for a long time. Turmeric contains compounds with medicinal properties. These compounds are called curcuminoids, the most important of which is curcuminIt has powerful anti-inflammatory effects and is a very strong antioxidant. Unfortunately, curcumin is poorly absorbed into the bloodstream. But combined with black paper, which contains piperine, a natural substance that enhances the absorption of curcumin by 2,000%.

Ingredients:
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Black paper powder - ¼ teaspoon
Hot Water - 1 glass
Method
Put a glass of water in a pan, add ½ teaspoon of turmeric and ¼ teaspoon of black paper, cover the pan with lid. Wait till the water in the pan boils for 5 mins.

Cinnamon Water

Antioxidants protect your body from oxidative damage caused by free radicals. Cinnamon is loaded with powerful antioxidants, such as polyphenols. In a study that compared the antioxidant activity of 26 spices, cinnamon wound up as the clear winner, even outranking "superfoods" like garlic and oregano. In fact, it is so powerful that cinnamon can be used as a natural food preservative.

Ingredients:
Cinnamon powder - 1 teaspoon
Leamon - 1/2 Leamon
Grated Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Raw Honey - 1 teaspoon 
Method:
In a vessel, add the water, cinnamon powder, and grated ginger. Bring the mixture to a boil and turn off the heat. Let the mixture cool down a little, after which pass it through a sieve. Add honey and lemon juice. Now stir and sip. Make sure honey should not be added to boiling water
Triphala Water

According to the Ayurvedic tradition, Triphala has the properties to treat an almost encyclopedic range of health conditions. Some of this is attributed to Triphala's laxative effect, which proponents suggest can "cleanse the system." Depending on how much is prescribed, Triphala may be used as bowel tonic at lower doses, alleviating gas and promoting digestion, or a purgative (strong laxative) at higher doses.
Recipe:
All you need to do is to add a teaspoonful of Triphala into a glassful of water and leave it overnight. The next morning boil it and drink it once it becomes lukewarm.

Cumin Water
Cumin water is said to aid digestion and improve bowel movement. It secretes enzymes, which help in breaking down sugars, fats, and carbohydrates that keep the gut healthy. A good digestive system is the key to losing weight effectively. Better digestion further helps in improving the metabolic rate, leading to weight loss
Recipe:
All you need to do is to add a teaspoonful of jeera into a glassful of water and leave it overnight. Make sure you use copper vessel so it lets the water soak all the goodness of the cumin seeds. Moreover, it is said that drinking copper water may also help in losing weight.
